At BraaiBoss, we believe delivery should feel as satisfying as unboxing your new furniture, braai & camping gear — no stress, no surprises, no “where on earth is it?” moments. We ship anywhere in South Africa (sorry, no P.O. Boxes — even couriers have limits) and make sure your order gets to you fast, safe, and without the drama.
We’ll get it to any street address in South Africa. If you live somewhere the GPS calls “Are you sure?”, it might take a bit longer — but we’ll keep you posted.
Shipping is free on every order — no minimum spend, no fine print, no “gotcha” fees. We’ll get it to you free. If you send it back without anything being wrong — maybe the tape measure stayed in the drawer, the household décor panel voted it out, or you had a change of heart mid–milk tart — you’re sponsoring its Uber home and back.
We aim to get your order to you within 3–5 business days for main city centres and 6-7 business days for outlying areas (excluding weekends and public holidays).
The moment your order heads out, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can watch its road trip in real time.
If the courier can’t reach you after a few tries and your order comes back to us, we can resend it — but you’ll be covering the courier’s second round.
If your order arrives looking like it had a run-in with a rugby scrum, let us know within 48 hours. Snap a few pics, send us a quick note, and we’ll arrange a replacement or fix. If it’s our fault, we’ll sort it — no hassle.
If it’s on us, we own it. If it’s a change of mind, we’re happy to take it back if it’s in its original packaging, but you cover the courier both ways. Either way, we keep it simple, quick, and as painless as possible.
By ordering, you’re saying “yep, I’m good with these terms.” Not sure about something? Just shout — we’re here to help.
We update this from time to time. The latest version will always be on our website — no treasure hunt required.
Got a question or need help with an order? Email hello@braaiboss.co.za — we’ll get back to you fast.
These braais are 100% functional and 100% ready to cook — they just didn’t win the beauty pageant.
If it affects how the braai works, it doesn’t get sold as a SECOND. Full stop.
Because looks matter to some people — and if you’re happy to save some money and let a scuff slide, this is where you win.
You’re getting the same braai, same firepower, same cooking ability — just with a bit of character already baked in.
If you want something absolutely spotless, choose NEW.
If you want serious value and don’t mind a scar or two, SECONDS are for you.
